Mr. Mohd Hisham bin Mohd Nazir is a graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) who graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree with honors and then went on to obtain a Master of Law (LL.M) degree from the same Alma mata.

During his practice he has been given ample opportunity and exposure to various different types of litigation, including banking general and even criminal litigation wherein the main focus of his practice at the early stages was on debt collections where he mastered his knowledge in banking and procedural laws.

Subsequently he has now gained experience in handling and conducting various and different types of civil suits relating to loan recovery matters as well as matters relating to execution of judgments and enforcement of Court order. In relation to banking litigation, he has experience in handling and conducting cases relating to Hire Purchase, Leasing, Personal Loans, Executive Loans, Education Loans, Term Loans, Revolving Term Loans, Bridging Loans and finally Housing Loans. Also a various criminal proceeding as well as matters relating to Arms Act, Kidnapping Act, Dangerous Drug Act, Penal Code, Immigration Act etc.

Throughout his practice however he has been always kept in sight the experience of handling and conducting cases of a garden variety in the field of general litigation which includes areas of the law relating to Accidents and Personal Injury, Defamation, General Negligence, Intellectual Property Passing Off, Land Acquisition Compensation, Professional Misconduct & Negligence (including legal and medical negligence) and Public & Private Nuisance.

He has also handled legal matters involving contractual civil litigation such as Construction Contracts, Corporate Debts Recovery, Goods Sold & Delivered, Labour Laws, Late Delivery, Retail Debts Recovery and Services Rendered. He also a former Head of Litigation (Civil and Criminal) Department in one established legal firm in Petaling Jaya, Selangor before set up this firm.

While handling and conducting the above, he has also exposed himself to various appeal proceedings, from leave to appeal, appeal from Subordinate Court to High Court, appeal from Registrar to the Judge In Chamber, appeal to the Court of Appeal and also appeal to the Federal Court for civil and criminal litigation. A few of his criminal case which decided by High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court been used and referred to as precedents in Malaysia Court and Universities.

He also a committee member of Malaysian BAR Criminal Law Committee for year 2007 & 2008. He also a member of Kuala Lumpur Legal Aid Centre and Selangor Legal Aid Centre.
